"Sizing and colors were frustrating"
I was disappointed with this. The colors didn’t look like what I expected, and the sizing felt all over the place. It’s annoying because I was hoping it would be simple, but now I’m not sure I’d order again.

"This place is a joke"
Every time I checked, the stuff I wanted was sold out. felt like a total clown show trying to buy anything here

"Returning it was more trouble than I expected"
I tried to return my order it ended up being a lot more annoying than I thought it would be. I don’t know if I missed something in the process or what, but it took forever to get a response, and the refund part wasn’t really clear. I kept having to follow up, and it just felt like nobody was that bothered about helping. The items themselves might be fine, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t count on returns being easy if there’s an issue

My order did arrive, but it wasn’t really what I had picked. I got a different item, and when I checked it against my confirmation email, the details just didn’t line up.
I don’t know, it was frustrating because I had been waiting for it, and then I had to deal with the mix-up. Maybe just double-check everything if you decide to order from here.

"The site feels kind of busy to me..."
The site feels kind of busy to me. The colors and layout don’t really seem to go together, and a few pages look unfinished, well, maybe not unfinished, but not very polished. It’s not terrible or anything, just not the nicest-looking site to use

"Description was sorta off"
It didn’t really match the pictures or the details in the listing, which was sorta frustrating. I was expecting something closer to what was shown.

"Not the smoothest shopping experience"
I really wanted this site to be easy to use, but apparently finding things and checking out needed to be a little adventure. The layout felt clunky, and the checkout process was more confusing than it had to be. Not impossible, just not exactly enjoyable either.

"I feel like I paid way too..."
I feel like I paid way too much for what I got. The weird part is, it looked like it would be decent at first, but once I actually had it in hand, the quality felt cheap. I expected better for the money

I’ve been a loyal customer and have generally had good experiences with this brand, so this was disappointing. I reached out to customer service expecting at least some kind of response, but I never heard back at all. It’s frustrating because I want to keep supporting them, but being ignored makes that really hard.

"Cute, but I felt kind of stuck with it"
It looks really cute at first, and the print came out clear, which I liked. But once I actually handled it, the material felt thinner than I expected. It’s not terrible for the price, but I had that annoying feeling of being kind of trapped with something that’s just okay instead of something I really love.
